Joining PRIME VIDEO’s homage to Narciso Ibáñez Serrador’s legacy in the “STORIES TO STAY AWAKE” SERIES (HISTORIAS PARA NO DORMIR) felt like a dream (a good one).
THE CHALLENGE: piecing together, coordinating and shooting in a single shot the charisma of every character, embodied in a great cast: David Verdaguer, Vicky Luengo, Micky Esparbé, Inma Cuesta, Eduard Fernández and Dani Rovira, among others.
THE OUTCOME? A one-of-a-kind sequence shot choreographed through a nearly 300m2 stage, where we built five different sets capturing the look and feel of each of the first season’s episodes.
STILL GRATEFUL FOR the chance to shoot the terrifying Freddy doll, who seemed to have a life of its own.
